1. Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs (if any) are non‑refundable.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@bambinou.com before sending it back.
4. Non‑Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
- Used baby carriers or accessories
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
5. Shipping Your Return

- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
